As with fall the bookstore remains closed to the public, operating entirely online. 
 
Students are receiving weekly emails reminding them to place their book orders which includes instructions for locating and ordering textbooks from our website. Students are advised about shipping delays when placing order.
 
Students can get updates on their order either by login into their bookstore account or by checking the top of our website (www.chesapeake.bncollege.com) for our order progress. Students will also receive an email with tracking information once the order ships. Once the order ships it typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery.
 
To streamline responses to both students and staff, we are asking all student emails to be directed to our: SM683@bncollege.com email address. This email has an automatic reply containing our FAQ, to expedite resolutions. 
 
The bookstore is typically available by phone (410-827-6874) between 9 am - 3 pm Monday - Thursday & 9 am - 2 pm on Fridays, these hours are subject to change based on Covid restrictions, holidays, and inclement weather. However, due to limited staff, we encourage students to email requests.
 
As we did in the fall, we are offering curbside for returns only on Tuesday's & Wednesday's. There are limited time slots each day, students must schedule an appointment and comply with campus health screening.
