The college campus has WiFi and you may be able to access it from parking lots depending on signal strength.  Check the college website for parking lot locations.

Shore Public Libraries

Even if the Shore Public Libraries are closed, their free WiFi is available 24/7 from all but one library location via their parking lots. The Cambridge Library turns the WiFi off daily from 9pm to 5am.
