  • Hit the yellow circle arrow button on the right next WebAdvisor/CRAB Reset Button  
  • Once it's selected, it should flip upside-down 
  • Click the WebAdvisor/CRAB link again and log in with your username and the MyCampus default password you used to first set up an account. The default password is your first and last initials capitalized, the last four digits of your social security number, and the letters "cc" lowercase. It would be "JD1234cc" for Jane Doe whose SSN ends in 1234.
