Look for a nearby link which says "see if we have this item elsewhere":

This link will provide you with a list of possible locations for the article. You can try a few different places in your search for full text. For instance, in the brief video below an article isn't available in EBSCO but can be found by checking Google Scholar.

It can take a bit of time to sort through the possible places an article might be, so consider whether you really need this one article or just something similar. If you only need a similar article, try different search terms or ask a librarian for help.
